陳增益博士於國立清華大學資訊工程學系取得資訊工程博士學位,目前為國立中央大學資訊工程系助理教授。在加入國立中央大學之前,陳博士於2018年2月至2020年1月為元智大學資訊工程系助理教授。在此之前,於2015年7月至2018年1月,陳博士在中央研究院-資訊科學所擔任博士後研究員。其研究興趣包含嵌入式暨大型儲存系統設計、新興記憶體與儲存技術、嵌入式系統、作業系統、應用於機器學習之新興儲存系統架構。

陳博士迄今已發表四十餘篇研究論文,主要發表在頂尖國際期刊(如:IEEE TC, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TCAD, ACM TECS, ACM TODAES, and ACM TOS)以及頂級國際會議(如:ACM/IEEE DAC, ACM/IEEE ISLPED, and ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS)。陳博士所發表的研究也獲得了頂尖國際會議ACM/IEEE ISLPED 2020與重要國際會議IEEE NVMSA 2019的最佳論文獎以及ACM/IEEE DAC 2016的最佳論文提名。除此之外,陳博士也獲得了「國立中央大學109學年度新聘卓越教研人員獎勵」、「科技部博士後研究人員學術研究獎」、「中華民國資訊學會資訊學會碩博士最佳論文獎佳作」以及「中央研究院院聘博士後研究員」的肯定。
